Jason Berger, J.D.
Founder and M&A Advisor
Jason has over 10 years of experience in facilitating M&A, business, and corporate transactions in Canada. As the founder of a boutique M&A, corporate and tax law firm in the Greater Toronto Area, Jason has in-depth and extensive experience dealing with mergers and acquisitions of businesses of all sizes. Jason also served as the head of due diligence for M&A transactions for one of the largest e-sports companies in North America which trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange. In this capacity, Jason was responsible for conducting due diligence on target companies which stretched the globe including the UK, Sweden and the United States, and working with the company’s legal team to ensure the company was well protected with respect to its acquisitions. Leveraging this experience, Jason established Berger M&A Advisory with a unique understanding of the emotional and financial complexities of business sales.
